What happened to Sarah Jessica Parker’s famous mole? Photos show it disappeared from her chin sometime during the summer of 2008 after she filmed the first ‘Sex and the City’ movie.

Parker told David Letterman Tuesday night that she had it removed by her plastic surgeon brother-in-law. It was no biggie, she said.

“I didn’t have strong feelings,” she said. “I didn’t object to it. I just didn’t care for it. And I had about six free days when I could be bloody and stabbed and no one will care and honestly I didn’t think a thing about it and then apparently it turned into mole-gate.”

Soon after the procedure, Parker said, a woman approached her on the beach, upset that she had gotten rid of her “signature.”

“I was like, ‘My mole was my signature? Isn’t my brain my signature?’” Parker said. “For about the next 15 minutes I couldn’t hear anything because I thought I’d make a terrible mistake. Can they put it back on?”

After falling into a deep depression, Angelina Jolie attempted suicide!

And now Brad Pitt has sprung into action to make sure the mother of his children doesn't try taking her life again, sources tell The ENQUIRER.

The sultry brunette beauty confessed to Brad that she was afraid her suicidal tendencies would return after learning that he'd made plans to move out on his own, according to insiders.

But the big-screen hunk assured her the separation would be temporary, and their love would survive the split, sources say.

"Brad was in France checking on their chateau recently, and Angelina was in Los Angeles with the kids when she called him in a panic," a friend divulged.

"She told him, 'When you're not around, I get these terrible feelings. I got the same feelings when I was younger, and that's when I tried to kill myself.'

"Angelina said, 'I feel lost without you - like I'm being abandoned.'"

But Brad, 46, immediately reassured the high-strung Angelina that he wasn't leaving her for good, even though he'll be living apart from her and their six children while they work on separate movie projects, the friend revealed.

"Brad quickly calmed Angelina down.

"I'll always be there for you and the kids. I promise.'"

Ivana filed on Friday to end her marriage to Italian businessman Rossano Rubicondi after only 20 months of not-so-wedded bliss.

The union seemed doomed from the start. They had such a big blow-out right before their wedding, the cops were called! The multimillion dollar blow-out of a ceremony went off anyway, but the pair never lived together as husband and wife.

"It has become increasingly difficult for us to find time together," Ivana said in a statement.

RATM's Tom Morello: 'Buying 'Killing In The Name' is a vote against The X Factor

' Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello has praised the Facebook campaign to get the band's 'Killing In The Name' to the top of the UK singles chart ahead of The X Factor winner Joe McElderry. Morello said that by buying 'Killing In The Name', fans are effectively voting against The X Factor and other reality TV programmes like it.
"The one thing about The X Factor show, much like our own American Idol, is if you're a viewer of the show you get to vote for one contestant or the other, but you don't really get to vote against the show itself until now," he told BBC 6Music. He added that he felt the campaign – which currently has over 800,000 members on Facebook – was a "wonderful dose of anarchy" and "heart-warming".
Speaking of the impact the campaign seems to be having, Morello said: "[The] rebel anthem song will transcend the Christmas holidays."

Earlier this week, Simon Cowell labelled the Facebook campaign "stupid", "cynical" and "very Scrooge".

Californians love to brag how they have the world’s 10th-largest economy — how they are the tree-huggingest state in the union — how they are so bilingual and cool.

So why do about as many Californians trust Britney Spears with their money as they do the people Californians elected to the legislature?

Citing a poll paid for by the leader of “No To Sacramento,” the Sacramento Bee reported: “Californians would just as soon allow the meltdown-prone pop princess Britney Spears to run their family budget as they would leave their finances in the hands of their state legislators.”

The actual numbers were 35% said legislature, 31% said Spears and 34% refused to answer.

You stop to think about it. Britney Spears is so messed up that not only does she not have custody of her children, she does not even have custody of herself. Her daddy continues to serve as her official conservator.

And roughly 1 in 3 Californians would rather have her handle their family budget than the legislature.

Well, they did elect that fool Arnold Schwarzenegger as governor.

Michael Lohan talked about the relationship between daughter Lindsay Lohan and "Titanic" actor Leonardo DiCaprio after the two were caught partying together recently. Although the 49-year-old claimed that there is no romantic thing happening between the two, he admitted that Leo has been a positive influence for his girl.

"They have been friends for years," Michael told Hollyscoop. He continued to add that Leo is among those who bring positive influence to Lindsay, gushing "Mark Wahlberg, Robert Downey Jr., Leonardo DiCaprio and a few others...I think they have a lot of positive things to offer." He also stated that those three are "a lot more stable" than most people in the "Georgia Rule" actress' life.

Lindsay Lohan herself was seen spending her time together with Leonardo DiCaprio on Thursday, December 17, Radar Online reported. They were spotted clubbing at Voyeur nightclub in West Hollywood before heading to San Francisco Giants baseball player Brian Wilson's Christmas party to join other friends including Ryan Phillippe, Kevin Connolly and Jayde Nicole. The pair left Brian's residence separately the next morning.

December 17 wasn't the first time Lindsay and Leo were spotted together. Back on April 15, Lindsay was reported getting cozy with Leo at Hollywood hotspot My House. A source revealed to The Sun, "As soon as Lindsay saw Leo she was like a bee to honey."

"She was going for the big catch and when she spotted him in a dark corner of the club she headed straight for him. The pair were cozied up together deep in conversation. She definitely tickled his fancy," the source continued. "It was a bit shocking when she got up and started dancing in front of him but he seemed to be enjoying it."

The New York City gym teacher who punched Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi on Jersey Shore has apologized for his actions, the New York Post reports.

Brad Ferro, 24, says he doesn't remember much of the night at the Beachcomber Bar & Grill in Seaside Heights, N.J., where, earlier in the night, bouncers told him to cut back on drinking. "It's all fuzzy. I remember a punch — I don't remember who or why and I remember being arrested."

"When I saw the video, I was sick to my stomach," Ferro told the Post. "I couldn't believe that I'd ever do anything like that. I was raised to act in a respectful manner to women."

Ferro hopes that Snooki, 21, will be able to forgive him. "I'm very sorry for what happened," he told her. "I deeply regret what happened. Nobody deserves that. That was not the real Brad Ferro."

After the attack, Ferro was arrested and subsequently removed from his class and placed into one of the Department of Education's teacher reassignment centers.

His lawyer, Andrew Siben, hopes Ferro will get a second chance to prove himself. "I think he's a decent young man who, unfortunately, made a bad decision which has come back to haunt him," said Siben.

When a major show announces they are making the switch to HD, I find myself thinking, "Finally!" If you have an HD TV you know how annoying it can be watching shows that aren't produced in hi-def. The latest to get in on the treatment are Comedy Central's The Daily Show and The Colbert Report.

They'll begin broadcasting in HD on January 4, 2010. The fact that Tosh.0, on the same network, has broadcast an entire season (granted it's first) in HD already, this is a bit of a travesty. Daily and Colbert are two of Comedy Central's three signature shows. South Park is the third, but even they've been HD for a while now.

I had the same reaction earlier this year when The Late Late Show made their own transition to HD. It doesn't make sense for one of a network's major shows to be so far behind the times. Is it that expensive with these "talk show" types of formats to transition them to high definition after producing them in regular definition? Were Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert worried that they wouldn't look as pretty if we could see all the lines on their faces (remember Liz Lemon in hi-def on 30 Rock!)?

The Daily Show and The Colbert Report air in a block on Comedy Central weeknights starting at 11 PM ET.

For another two weeks, David Tennant is still the space-time-traveling Doctor in " Doctor Who," the British sci-fi series that airs here on BBC America. After a year in which the show appeared only sporadically, as a series of "specials," the end of the Tennant tenancy arrives all in a rush: "The Waters of Mars," his penultimate adventure, premieres tonight, with the two-part finale, "The End of Time," beginning Dec. 26. By the end of Part 2, which airs Jan. 2 -- and this is not a spoiler -- he will have died and regenerated into the form of his replacement, Matt Smith.

And yet in some strange quantum mechanical way, he is also already not the Doctor, having filmed his last scenes some months back. And even as he is and is not the Doctor, he is (possibly) becoming someone else, the eponymous star of an NBC pilot called "Rex Is Not Your Lawyer," in which he plays an attorney who coaches clients to represent themselves after he begins suffering panic attacks.

We spoke by telephone on a recent rainy day in Los Angeles. ("I can understand it's a novelty here," he said, "but I watched the news last night and it sounded like the world was coming to an end.") Of "Rex," which also features Jane Curtin and Jeffrey Tambor, he would only say, because "I don't know how much I'm allowed to say," that "it's a great part. It's a very dramatic role, it's quite funny -- you get to do a bit of everything and that always appeals."
